Am I able to cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins by contacting support@moryzen.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the Return and Refund Policy.
How long until my refund is processed?
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval, depending on the processing times of the payment provider.
How can I check my order’s progress?
- All orders include access to tracking details.
- A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order is shipped.
- You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
What steps should I take if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If an item is received incorrectly or arrives in a damaged condition, contact support@moryzen.com and include:
- Order reference number
- Description of the issue
- Images showing the item received
Verified cases will be handled through replacement or refund in accordance with applicable requirements.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@moryzen.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, item details, reason for return, and supporting images. Requests without prior approval will not be processed.
What conditions must items meet to be returned or exchanged?
Items will be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the original condition received.
- Returned with all original parts and packaging.
- No signs of use, wear, or washing.
