Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Return and Refund Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Consumer rights remain valid, especially in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly described items.

2. Return and Exchange Period
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility
Items will be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the original condition received.
  • Returned with all original parts and packaging.
  • No signs of use, wear, or washing.

4. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item does not meet eligibility conditions.
  • Damage results from improper use or handling.
  • The return is sent without prior approval.

5. Return Requests
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@moryzen.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, item details, reason for return, and supporting images. Requests without prior approval will not be processed.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is received incorrectly or arrives in a damaged condition, contact support@moryzen.com and include:

  • Order reference number
  • Description of the issue
  • Images showing the item received

Verified cases will be handled through replacement or refund in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. Return Shipping

  • Return instructions and address are provided after approval.
  • If the return is due to an error or damaged item, return shipping costs are covered by the store.
  • For other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • No restocking fees are applied.

8. Refund Process
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval, depending on the processing times of the payment provider.

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and checked. Availability will affect whether an exchange can be completed. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins by contacting support@moryzen.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the return procedure above.

11. Policy Protection
We reserve the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases involving suspected misuse, repeated policy abuse, or fraudulent activity.
