Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how orders are handled, processed, and delivered, including expected timeframes and related procedures.

2. Shipping Area and Costs
Shipping is available only within the United Kingdom. Shipping is provided free of charge, with no additional fees applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT are processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

4. Delivery Timeframe
Once processed, transit usually takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing and transit, is 5–9 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from these estimates.

5. Tracking and Confirmation

  • All orders include access to tracking details.
  • A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order is shipped.
  • You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins by contacting support@moryzen.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is received incorrectly or arrives in a damaged condition, contact support@moryzen.com and include:

  • Order reference number
  • Description of the issue
  • Images showing the item received

Verified cases will be handled through replacement or refund in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors such as high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. In some cases, delivery may extend up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If the order has not arrived after this period, support can be contacted at support@moryzen.com.
